The living accommodation is fully air conditioned making it ideal for family stays; it benefits from a comfortable lounge with linked kitchen diner. It has 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower.

First Floor Lounge

Lounge: Comfortable lounge with LCD TV and UK satellite reception, you can watch your favourite movies on the DVD player or to allow the kids to relax before bed after a busy day at the beach or in the pools.

Dining area: Table with seating for 4.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with granite worktop, appliances include: hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils, washing machine, clothes airer, iron/ironing board.

Bedroom: Has a large continental double bed, bedside cabinets, table lights and large built-in wardrobes, plus an en-suite bathroom (see below).
French doors open onto a large dining terrace with table & chairs, plus views over the garden, pools and beyond.

Bathroom: Fitted with a bath, an over-bath shower, low level suite, a sink and wall mirror.

Outside: The lounge sliding patio doors open onto a private balcony which joins a large terrace with breakfast/dining table & chairs for 4, also French doors from the bedroom open onto this large terrace. Stairs from the first balcony lead up to a large lead up to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, this has beautiful 360 degree panoramic views over the district and off to the distant hills and is ideal for topping up your tan in peaceful privacy. A second balcony to the front of the house is reached by a door from the kitchen.

The first floor & roof terraces overlook the pool complex and beyond. The pools are shared between the 20 houses and provides 2 large circular pools with a diameter of 9m, plus a smaller 5m diameter raised bubble-pool which feeds water falls dropping into each pool. The nearest pool at the end of the garden has a walled off shallow area suitable for babies & small children.
